The Role
Reporting to the business manager, you will also be accountable for the following;
- Managing a busy switchboard and introducing calls
- Receiving in mail and organising couriers out
- Full diary management of the meeting rooms
- Formatting and proof reading of documents
- Organising and managing the travel bookings
Assistance with ad hoc office responsibilities
Your Profile
As well as coming from a corporate background, your soft skills will include;
- Advanced communication skills, both verbal and written
- Highly organised and the ability to juggle conflicting priorities
- Confident, outgoing and enjoy an interactive work environment
