What you will be doing
The CIRCE Administration Officer role involves a wide range of administrative support to a team which delivers a Graduate Certificate in Clinical Redesign three times per year, in addition to many other workshops, forums and programs.
You will be responsible for the preparation and coordination of meetings, workshops and events at a high level. This involves organising logistics of travel and accommodation for staff, booking facilities, catering, preparing and distributing papers.
In addition, you will also prepare agendas, minutes, presentations and collate information for reports.

Selection criteria

Experience in providing a broad range of administrative and secretariat services to senior level management. An understanding of the of the NSW health system would be an advantage.

Sound organisational skills, the capacity to prioritise, undertake and complete several tasks concurrently, maintain attention to detail and meet deadlines.

Capacity to exercise sound judgement and apply critical thinking with workload and in dealing with confidential and sensitive issues
-
Intermediate to advanced computer literacy including experience using word processing, outlook, spreadsheets, databases, presentation, desktop publishing and document tracking systems in particular the MS Office suite.
