About the role
The Executive Assistant provides comprehensive support to the Group Executive and administrative support to the Partnerships Group. The role facilitates the interaction and communication between the Group Executive and key internal and external stakeholders.
Duties
- Maintain a close working relationship with the Group Executive via strong communication and regular updates
- Coordinate, prioritise and plan the day-to-day schedule and activities for the Group Executive
- Produce quality correspondence, presentations, reports & submissions as required
- Organise domestic/international travel & itineraries for the Group Executive and relevant stakeholders
- Act as a key point of contact for the group and manage internal and external communications in a timely and appropriate manner
Skills and experience
- Significant experience in an administration, executive assistant or similar role that provided support to a management team
- High level time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise
- Proactive and confident approach with a demonstrated ability to problem solve
- Experience in booking domestic and international travel
- Demonstrated ability to liaise with a variety of stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to prepare correspondence including letters, presentations and reports
