Adpen is currently in a rapid growth phase and is looking for an Executive Assistant that can provide integral support to our Finance Director.
About the role
We looking for an experienced, reliable and task-oriented Executive Assistant. The Executive Assistant will work directly with our Finance Director and will be responsible for performing a number of administrative/support duties. The ideal candidate is highly self-motivated, professional, and capable of managing their workload and prioritising tasks in a fast-paced environment.
The key to your success will be your ability to:

Coordinate executive communications, including taking calls, responding to emails and confidently interacting with clients on behalf of the Director.

Prepare internal and external corporate documents for team members and industry partners.

Schedule meetings and appointments and manage travel itineraries.

Arrange corporate events to take place outside of the workplace.

Maintain an organised filing system of paper and electronic documents

Uphold a strict level of confidentiality

Develop and sustain a level of professionalism among staff and all stakeholders
About You
Exceptional attention to detail is necessary, along with excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required to be able to liaise with internal and external stakeholders. You will have the autonomy and initiative to anticipate the needs of your role and the business consistently.
Ideally you will possess the following skills and experience:

Minimum of 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant reporting directly to a Director in a related industry (Finance, Property Development)

Advanced Microsoft Office skills, with an ability to become familiar with firm-specific programs and software

Understanding of base principles concerning property development and/or finance

Proficiency in collaboration and delegation of duties

Strong organisational, project management and problem-solving skills with impeccable multi-tasking abilities

Exceptional interpersonal skills

Friendly and professional demeanor

Tertiary qualification in a related field would be a benefit but not necessary.
