Our client is one of Australia's leading providers of fresh floral products, priding themselves on product quality and customer service. We are seeking to recruit a junior administration officer to join the national human resources team and assist with the daily functions of the office.
Duties of the role will include:
- Email correspondence
- Updating and checking of documentation
- Travel bookings for the management team
- Document filing, scanning and mailing
- Answering phones, taking messages
- Other administration duties as directed
This role is an excellent opportunity for anyone new to the workforce, or recently completed administration training and wishes to gain additional skills, experience and wants to learn and grow within an organisation. Applicants currently completing education in Human Resources are encouraged to apply.
This position is for an immediate start.
