An opportunity has become available for an experienced full-time Registration Clerk to join our Administration team.
Key duties of this position:
- Vehicle registrations and transfers
- Booking used vehicles into stock and acquisitions
- Used vehicle bailments
- Processing of new and used vehicle sales into accounting system
- Wholesale invoicing and processing
- Provide support to sales department to ensure timely delivery of vehicles to guests
Key requirements of this position:
- Queensland Transport accreditation
- Experience with NSW registrations
- Experience using AutoReg or Dealer Solutions software
- Knowledge of Motor Vehicle Dealership systems (preferably ERA)
- Strong communication skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work in a team environment
Our ideal candidate would enjoy working in a fast paced, high volume and deadline driven environment. This is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm.
