  • End-to-end Customer Service to external stakeholders
  • Administration duties
  • Confidential range of high level secretarial and administrative support for the Director(s)
  • Generate reports and documents as required
  • Manage company records and other information

Key Requirements:

  • Proven previous experience in Administration duties
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Intermediate - Advanced Microsoft Office skills
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team
  • Effective organisational skills to complete tasks within deadlines
