Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end Customer Service to external stakeholders
- Administration duties
- Confidential range of high level secretarial and administrative support for the Director(s)
- Generate reports and documents as required
- Manage company records and other information
Key Requirements:
- Proven previous experience in Administration duties
- Strong attention to detail
- Intermediate - Advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team
- Effective organisational skills to complete tasks within deadlines
