The Administrator is a supportive role that acts as an Administrative Assistant to the Team, while also facilitating collaboration within the team. The Administrator will also function as a liaison between other departments within the organisation as well as external suppliers.

Basic Functions:

  • Answering and making phone calls to clients
  • Meeting and greeting clients and visitors
  • Diary and calendar maintenance
  • Document management
  • Responding to email enquiries and faxes
  • Liaising with suppliers, clients and customers
  • Stock management (Receiving stock & processing in ConnectWise e.g. adding configurations info)
  • Data Entry / database management
  • Online purchasing/selling and managing orders
  • Assisting with receipting of goods
  • Responsible for entering service tickets and other entries in ConnectWise as they occur
  • Understand processes in ConnectWise by completing assigned training materials and blueprints on the ConnectWise University
  • Support marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences, and other related events
  • General Office duties including cleaning and ad-hoc duties

Additional Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively
  • Generating reports using various MS office applications
  • Setting up meetings with clients and organising catering
  • Making travel arrangements for staff
  • Undertaking other duties such as Petty Cash control
  • Compliance with company policy

  • Proficient with general office applications
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Enjoy working with customers and external audiences
  • Strong organizational, presentation, and customer service skills

  • Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes quickly
  • Typing skills to ensure quick and accurate data entry
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast moving environment
