We are currently seeking an experienced Administration Officer for a contract opportunity in a leading organisation based in Parramatta and the Greater Western Sydney. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Administration Officer to be a part of a leading organisation and to further develop your skills in the industry.
Your roles and responsibilities may include but not be limited to:
- Provide administrative support to the team
- Strong Excel based Vlook ups
- Reporting
- Facilitating email, phone and post correspondence for team members
- Answering incoming phone calls in a professional manner
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
- Filing, scanning and processing documents
- Meeting and greeting high profile clients
- Generate reports as required
- Document preparation
- General ad-hoc duties
- Data Entry
To be successful you must possess the following:
- Previous experience in an Administrative role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Intermediate-Advanced MS Word and Excel
- Experience working with large retailers
- Immaculate presentation and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills
- Ability to prioritise and work to deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong attention to detail
