Client Details
You will be working for an online based learning company who provide individualised tutoring to students across the world. partnering with numerous education institutes across Australia, ranging from High Schools through to Universities, they strive to be the best online learning platform available in the industry. They are looking for a new Office Manager to join them on a 12 Month Fixed-Term Contract while their current Office Manager is on maternity leave.
Description
This role will report to the CEO, Director of Client Services and other Senior Staff. The ideal candidate should be able to;
- Provide administrative and related support in preparing documents, reports and spreadsheets
- Organise meetings and events including the preparation and sourcing of venues and travel requirements
- Use of databases to collate and maintain data and information
- Manage telephone enquiries and correspondences in ensuring enquiries are dealt with appropriately and in a timely manner
- Assist in general every day running of the office
- Support other administration and reception roles
- Communicate well both verbal and written
- Communicate, negotiate and co-ordination with internal and external colleagues and service providers
- Work autonomy with minimum guidance and direction, while also be able to work well in a team
- Plan and organise time efficiently to meet multiple deadlines and demands on time
Profile
A successful candidate must have previous Office Managerial experience, or similar. Be efficient on Salesforce software. Must have University level qualifications. Have excellent attention to detail particularly with the scope of the role and in-depth work such as correspondence, presentation and reports. Be driven, bubbly, and able to think quickly on their feet.
