Our client is a renowned Personal Injury firm. Their team is highly respected in the Canberra legal sector and they offer a range of services within the personal injury field.
  
The role of Personal Assistant is currently available and your opportunity to join this firm. In this position, you will be given the freedom to work autonomously and apply your strong administrative skills in a proactive manner.
  
Your daily tasks will include, but are not limited to:
  

• Typing from dictation
• Correspondence to clients
• Correspondence to insurers and solicitors
• Preparing qualifying letters
• Drafting correspondence
• Organising meeting rooms and catering
• Scheduling
• Filing
• Cheque payments
• Answering overflow of phones
• General administration and ad hoc duties as required

  
To be considered you will be an experienced administrate with exceptionally strong organisation skills. You will be a self-starter who values a collaborative and successful culture. Your verbal and written communication, as well as your strong interpersonal skills, will give you the competitive edge in applying for this role.
