The Company

This is a Part Time vacancy

You will be joining a friendly and down to earth office based in St Leonards on the North Shore.

This company is a market leader in their field and are continually growing their business into exciting new avenues. They are now looking for a switched on and enthusiastic individual to join their current team as a Marketing Coordinator.

As Marketing Coordinator you will be an integral member of the office. You will have the opportunity to put your ideas forward and assist with marketing initiatives.

If you are looking for a role that will give you autonomy, whilst giving you an opportunity to work part time, then this is the role for you!

The Role

As Marketing Coordinator your role will be varied. You main duties will consist of:

  • Supporting the engineers with submissions and proposals
  • Act as the main point of contact for all marketing queries
  • Coordinate a variety of events
  • Creating content utilising a variety of digital and media channels - adapting to target audience
  • Liaising with other offices and support to head office Marketing team
  • Manage and grow the companies social media profile
  • Maintain marketing templates
  • Assist with all internal and external communications

The Person

In order to be successful in the role of Marketing Coordinator you will have / be:

  • Experience within a marketing focussed role
  • Experience in producing submissions, proposals or tenders
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Excellent MS Office skills and Intermediate skills in Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline driven environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A helpful and enthusiastic attitude
  • Ability to work on own initiative, whilst also working within a team environment
