- Previous experience as Data clerk or Administration essential.
Daville Building Surveying is looking for an experienced data/ administration clerk to join the team and be an integral part of the office.
The successful candidate would be a reliable self- starter who can work autonomously, the ideal candidate will be computer savvy and a fast typist with a keen eye for detail.
Previous experience as Data clerk or Administration essential.
- Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS office Word, Excel)
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Able to quickly and accurately type and enter data
- Self- motivated
- Liaise with staff, contractors and clients to identify and respond to client needs
- Maintains data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures.
- Preparing source data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information; establishing entry priorities.
- Issuing of Building permits using specialised software (Training provided)
Hours: Monday to Thursday 9am-4pm
Friday 9am -1pm
