An opportunity has arisen for an organised, energetic and friendly administrator to join our team. We are looking for someone who can take on more than the standard day to day duties.
Daily responsibilities include:
- Support to three lawyers.
- Liaising with clients and third parties.
- Diary management.
- Invoicing.
- Basic conveyancing.
- Preparation and/or amending of documents including various deeds, wills, powers of attorney and probate documentation.
- General administrative tasks including database maintenance, reception duties, handling incoming and outgoing mail etc.
To be successful for this role, you will need:
- 5+ years experience in the legal industry or other professional services industry.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with Leap Legal Software is advantageous.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- A flexible approach to work and an ability to work under pressure.
- The ability to work autonomously and show initiative
This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary commensurate to experience.
