Our client is a well-established organisation specialising in the Steel/Building/Construction industry with state of the art warehouse facilities!! Located in the Western suburbs, this Co. is one of the largest suppliers servicing the Steel sector, operating with integrity & honesty.
Operating for more than 90 years & proud of its’ long-serving employees and continued growth, an exciting part time opportunity exists for a new team member to take on a position where every day will be different!
With training provided by a supportive team, this position will involve:
- Viewing & interpreting plans (training provided)
- Compiling quotes
- Emails & entering Customer orders
- Entering Purchase orders
- Supplying Customer Test Certificates
- Answering phones
- Basic drafting of parts
- Delivery follow - up
Ideally, you will have:
- Ability to pick up new computer system
- A mathematical aptitude
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Estimating/ CAD &/ or drafting exp is desirable but not essential as training will be provided
- Excellent attention to detail
- Flexibility to be available to work additional hours (advanced notice will be provided)
