About Them: 

Working for this leading custom home builder in the heart of the hills district, this is a unique opportunity to be a part of a rapidly growing business. This innovative company are on the look out for a part time Receptionist | Admin Assistant to work closely with the Team Leader. Being front house our client needs someone who is extremely well presented with a professional, bubbly approach. This company is all about a close tight knit culture where working as one is extremely important so really need someone is a team player.

Responsibilities
  • Brand ambassador for the business
  • Ownership and pride in reception area, maintaining a high level of presentation
  • Management of all incoming calls
  • Meet and greet all visitors and inform staff of arrival
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail
  • Coordinate catering for internal meetings
  • Manage meeting room bookings across the office including maintaining meeting room presentation
  • Monitor and maintain staff amenities including breakout areas and place orders to replenish stock in advance.
  • Monitor and manage printers, stationary and binding equipment
  • General administrative support including subscriptions and travel bookings
  • Assist the Team Leader in managing staff functions and corporate events
  
Essential skills and experience
  • Experience in administration or reception in an office environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to take initiative
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Willingness to take on tasks at various levels (from not so challenging to challenging)
  • Demonstrated ability to work with minimal supervision
