SALARY RANGE:
$62,450 to $66,196 pa pro rata (plus 17% super)
EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full-time (36.75 hours per week) or Part-time (29.4 hours per week) and fixed term to 9 August 2019
LOCATION: Geelong Clinical School

ABOUT THE ROLE

Deliver professional administrative support to the Director, Deputy Director and Administrative Coordinators at Geelong Clinical School, and reception and IT support services to staff, students and visitors to the School.

This will include:

  • Undertaking a range of administrative tasks to ensure the Clinical School's priorities are achieved.
  • Providing an exceptional customer service to staff, students and visitors to ensure enquiries are addressed promptly and accurately.
  • Maintaining all room bookings for the Geelong Clinical School.
  • Recording all incoming student documentation/assessments, maintaining appropriate loan systems and taking responsibility for issuing visitor parking permits and logging maintenance requests.


ABOUT YOU

  • Completion of a Diploma level qualification OR equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve a broad range of administrative tasks.
  • Proven significant experience and ability to deliver high quality customer service to internal and external clients, both face to face and over the telephone.
  • Demonstrated ability to organise and plan, and to meet rigid and conflicting demands and deadlines, along with the ability to adapt to changed priorities.
