Permanent Full-Time 40 hrs/week
Role and Responsibilities:
- Data Entry ( Daily docket entry of trucks... Handling queries to same and assist Ops and Project Manager to resolve same) Processing of time-sheets
- Answering and making calls
- Preparation of monthly fuel and registry reports
- Collating tender information
- Liaise with suppliers and expedite orders.
- Filing documents.
- Updating ERP Software
- Re-conciliating the invoices of quarries and client RCTI's.
- Assisting HSE Manager, preparing of HSE Documentation
- Other administration duties
We are looking for someone who has the ability to use their initiative, multitask and own their role. With excellent written and verbal communication skills, well developed organizational skills, advanced in MS Office suite, you will have the ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines. Prior experience in the transport and logistics industry and familiar with HSE documentation is advantageous with a strong efficient and operational support background. Must be punctual.
We are currently located in Hazelmere.
