My client is one of the best in the high end designer furniture industry with show rooms throughout Australia and in Singapore. With their head office based in Alexandria they have a close knit team with a great working environment. They can offer and ambitious graduate exposure into high profile designer furniture and can offer progression through the business. This role would be perfect for someone with a keen interest in design or furniture. 

As a Customer Service Assistant you will be lasing with high end clients after the sale is complete in relation to customer service matters. 

Your main responsibilities will be:
  • Scheduling and booking service calls
  • Conducting site visits & service calls to clients
  • Administration tasks and monthly reporting
  • Communication with suppliers in relation to quality issues & spare part requests
What you need to be considered:
  • Previous customer service experience highly regarded
  • Good at multi tasking
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Proficient in MS Office package programs
  • Must have your own car for client visits (Car allowance included in package)
