We distribute to 1,000's of safety clothing re-sellers across Australia & New Zealand. We are seeking a customer service and administration professional.
The successful candidate will be working in the company's new modern sales office in Altona. There is more than one position available.
About the role / Day to day responsibilities
- Handling inbound customer enquiries via phone and email
- Work with sales office and warehouse manager to ensure a high level of service is provided to customer
- Data entry of customer information (order processing and invoicing)
- Management of emails

The candidate must be availability to work between 8.30 am – 5.30 pm, Monday to Friday.
Training will be provided for 2 weeks in the company's office in Preston. Successful candidate will work in Altona building.
Candidate must have right to live & work in Australia.
