MRAEL is currently looking for an Administration Officer in their Mackay office to provide a high level of administration support.

Key Responsibilities -

• Processing Training Contracts to a high standard of accuracy
• Ensuring records comply with Australian and Queensland Government requirements
• Managing tasks and priorities to ensure deadlines are met and contractual compliance is upheld
• Delivering superior customer service to internal and external stakeholders

Skills you will need to be successful -

• Intermediate to high level administrative skills and experience
• Intermediate computer skills
• Excellent customer service
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task and prioritise work within set work schedules
• High level interpersonal skills
• Good communication and problem solving skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Knowledge of the Australian Apprenticeship / VET system is highly desirable
