Exciting opportunity to work for a global organisation providing high level administration assistance across all areas of the project team.

An opportunity to work for a global organisation within the Financial Services sector.

This role primarily supports the Stakeholder Engagement team, but also includes providing high level administrative assistance across all areas of the project team.

Role:

  • Assist with all daily administrative tasks including project email management and meetings with external stakeholders.

  • Meeting co-ordination and logistics including sending and tracking invitations for all stakeholder engagement activities including industry working groups, technical committees, webinars.

  • Maintain file assemblies, agendas and documents for various stakeholder engagement activities

  • Assemble, interpret data, analyse results as well as and provide ongoing management reports.

  • Assist the team with the preparation of presentations and diagrams.

  • Other general administrative duties including some diary and expense management, travel arrangements, team schedules and event coordination.

Essential Requirements:

  • Strong ability to time manage, multi task and prioritise work meeting deadlines in an accurate and concise manner

  • Intermediate / Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Strong attention to details with a high level of accuracy
