Join a successful and stable family orientated Financial Planning Firm as a Client Services Officer.
Your new company
This family orientated financial planning practise is well established and successful within the industry. They pride themselves on their strong and lasting relationships with their clientele. Located in South Yarra, they are looking for a new addition to as a Client Services Office on a part-time basis.
Your new role
- First point of contact for all incoming calls and enquiries
- Provide support and assistance to the Managing Director and Finance Director in diary management and other administrative duties
- Implementing and collating Statements of advice and reviews
- Prepare letter and client introduction kits and preparing documentation of recommendations for applications
- Maintaining and updating appointments, client details & notes on XPlan
- Prepare quotes and insurance applications
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous experience as a Client Services Officer within Financial Planning
- Ideally have experience using Xplan alongside ASGUARD, Panarama and/or NetWealth
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organised with impeccable attention to detail
- Available Part-Time, Wednesday - Friday
