We are an importer & manufacturer of industrial fans, heating and ventilation equipment and an excellent opportunity has arisen for a driven Customer Service person.
Reporting to the General Manager we are seeking a self-motivated individual to assist in all aspects of sales & customer service. This role entails but is not limited to:
- Manage all inbound calls
- All aspects of Customer service
- General sales enquiries – sales, quotes & website
- Order processing – EDI, fax and email orders
- Provide technical support
- Manage warranty & returns process
- Manage consignment & samples program
- Assist & manage the online functions
- Assist & liaise with external sales reps
About You
- Proven background in a customer service or sales role – preferably in an Industrial sales background, however not essential
- Technically minded
- Fast learner
- Self-motivated & able to work autonomously
- Strong communication & organisational skills
- Minimum Intermediate Excel skills & Microsoft Office
- Ability to multi-task & deliver on expected results
