Our client is family based Strata Management company. Established in 1985 Everything that they do is focussed on ensuring that owners, tenants and investors experience peace of mind in knowing that everything is being taken care of. They are seeking an Administration Assistant Coordinator for their busy Western Sydney office.

Duties:

Provide assistance to Director/General Manager/Business Improvement Manager

.  All duties associated with administration, including duties     associated with management of the Company

.  Attend to completion of a wide range of tasks

.  Liaise with team members and external consultants

.  Manage, maintain & attend to quality control of data       base  systems & projects

.  Attend to various tasks and ensure follow through to     completion

.  Adhere to agreed turnaround time for job activities

.  Monitor and manage projects/tasks

.  Timely completion of activities

.  Manage associated documentation

.  Take initiative in providing solutions

Experience in a related type industry would be preferable – ie property, insurance, legal, etc
