Ongoing, Full Time Role
An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high level support to the Chief Executive Officer and Board of Management at Bairnsdale Regional Health Service.
In this role, you will manage all administrative functions for the Office of the Chief Executive including providing proficient secretarial support to the BRHS Board of Management. You will prepare presentations and reports, perform event coordination and project management, and play a critical role in ensuring workflow synergies with the Executive team and first class communication from the CEO Office.
This position will suit a dynamic Executive Assistant who is seeking a challenge and diversity in their role. To be successful you will have the confidence and expertise to liaise effectively with all stakeholders, adapt to changing priorities and deadlines in a busy environment and provide outstanding administrative support with integrity and sensitivity.
Key criteria the successful applicant will demonstrate include:
- A qualification in Office/Business Administration (Minimum Diploma level)
- Previous experience working in an Executive support role in a corporate setting
- Extensive experience in providing secretarial support to Committees of Management
- The capacity to perform executive administration duties including diary management, document production, agenda preparation and minute taking at a high level
- High level verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage competing and multiple tasks in a high paced and at times, demanding environment with proven sophisticated time management skills and experience
- Ability to work autonomously and display a high degree of initiative
- Recognized for being approachable and demonstrated proficiency in high level of customer service provision.
- Advanced word processing skills and demonstrated high level use of Microsoft Office applications together with the ability to quickly learn new technology and a willingness to share technical expertise with colleagues
