Great administrative opportunity with a leading energy services company located on the Lower North Shore.
Your new role
The Office Coordinator role performs front of house and administrative support activities for all business units as well as support to management teams. Duties include;
- Diary management and meeting coordination
- Calendar care for other Executives
- Manage travel arrangements for teams
- Office and Kitchen orders
- Assist HR Manager with administration
- Event Coordination
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous experience in a busy office environment
- Proficient across MS Office Suite
- Experience with in internal and external communications management
- A solutions driven approach and experience with in deadline driven environments
- Document control and document formatting experience
