About the Role: 

We are currently looking for a dynamic person to become part of our rostering team based in Bundaberg. The successful applicant will have

  • A proven experience in rostering.
  • Excellent telephone skills and face to face customer service.
  • A proven working knowledge of Microsoft Office. 
  • A confident happy nature 
  • The ability to work in a busy and sometimes challenging office environment.

You will report to the Operations Manager and primarily work at our main office responding to operational needs and dealing with the calls and requests from employees and customers. As part of the team you will be responsible for maintaining and updating the rosters for over 130 operational employees that provide support to our valued customers 24 hours a day & 352 days of the year. You will also assist with any other administrative duties as required.

 

SELECTION CRITERIA:

Essential Requirements

  • Proven experience in rostering 
  • Excellent literacy, numeracy and computer skills with an attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal communication and telephone skills.
  • Ability to work well within a team and unsupervised.
  • Commitment to the values of CLS.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Understanding of the impact of disability & the importance of work-life balance 
  • Available to work as part of an on-call roster.
  • Current open driving license.
  • Be eligible for, or hold a current Working with Children Blue Card.
  • Be eligible for, or hold a current Positive Notice Yellow Card.

Highly desirable knowledge and skills

  • A proven working knowledge of SupportAbility would be highly regarded
  • Tertiary qualification in Business Administration or similar
  • Your own registered vehicle
  • Experience of working for people with a disability
  • Current First Aid Certificate
