The Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team in Maryborough as a full-time Case Manager. 
   
In this role, you will responsible for the delivery of the Australian Governments jobactive contract in employment services, case management and job search training to jobseekers to achieve placement and sustained employment outcomes. 
 
You will do this by: 

• Developing and reviewing individualised Job Plans to assist jobseekers to overcome their identified barriers to employment
• Coordinating and facilitating the jobseekers access to, and involvement in, work preparation and job search activities
• Confidently running group sessions with job seekers
