We are looking for an experienced and passionate health professional to become an active and valued member of our Aged Care Services team, enhancing our capacity to deliver quality services to enable our frail aged community to remain living at home for longer.
To be successful in this position, you will have a tertiary qualification in a related discipline, excellent time management and relationship building skills, in addition to a clear understanding of the needs of older people. Experience in an equivalent or similar role is desirable, but not mandatory.
