About the business and the role

Our client is a leading NGO within the welfare sector

The Role

Within this role you will provide early intervention services to young people (12-18 years) who have complex needs, who are homeless or at risk of homelessness . The position provides these services in the client’s own environments to improve their access to homelessness services and support initiatives.

- Based in South West Sydney

Essential criteria:

- Must identify as Aboriginal

- Formal Qualifications in Community Services, Social Work, Social Science, Psychology, Counselling, Other

- Experience in the area of Case Management / Youth Homelessness / Child Protection / Youth at risk

- Experience or understanding of early intervention and prevention models

- Current NSW Drivers Licence
