About the Role
We are seeking a motivated individual to join us as an Administration & Customer Service Officer within the ComPacks Team! The ComPacks Team helps maximise a client’s quality of life and provide support for them to continue living independently in the community. In this role you will provide support the ComPacks Intake Team by:
- Managing referrals received by professionals in a timely manner
- Determine the eligibility of referrals received using ComPacks guidelines
- Maintaining contact with a range of professionals to gather information and confirm appointments
- Scheduling calendars and managing appointments for Client Advisers / case management
- Maintaining accurate client records in an in-house database
About You
To be successful in the role you will be able to demonstrate:
- Experience in providing exceptional customer/client service to both clients and stakeholders via telephone and email.
- Evidence of liaising with external stakeholders and professionals in the Disability and/or Aged Care Sector Desirable but not essential
- Knowledge on prioritisation of a busy workload and evidence of dealing with a complex caseload
- Knowledge of supports and services in the community that people can be linked to
- Experience of working to meet agreed KPIs
- Excellent planning, organisational and time management skills
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, networking and negotiation skills
- Experience in the Microsoft Office suite and exposure and/or ability to acquire skills for in-house client database systems

- Valid paid employment Working with Children Check
