We specialise in empowering people with a disability, illness or health condition to improve their circumstances through a range of training, support and employment opportunities.

The Role
Supporting Job Seekers with on the support and job training
Build / maintain strong employer relationships
Preparing Job seekers for work
Placing Job seekers into employment
Ongoing support of job seekers in employment
Collaborate with stakeholders for results
Fulltime hours to August 2018 to August 2019.
You have
Previous experience in similar role DES preferred or minimum 12 months experience in a relevant field or relevant transferable skills from a different industry
A demonstrated commitment to working with people with injury, ill health or disability
Ability to identify key interventions, strategies, vocational and non-vocational Jobseekers needs.
Ability to facilitate on the job training. Mentoring and support for employed job seekers and employers.
Ability to train job seekers in creating resumes, online profiles, attending interviews, contacting employers etc.
Ability to coach and mentor multiple job seekers simultaneously and productively
Strong knowledge of contracts and compliance
Proven ability to achieve results and exceed targets
Proven time management and organisational skills
Solutions focused
Resilience and positive outlook
Outstanding communication, interpersonal skills and effective problem solving and conflict resolution skills
Ability to build rapport and maintain effective relationships with job seekers, employers and other key stakeholders
High level of computer literacy (word, excel, outlook)
An understanding of NDIS
Essential
Eligible to work in Australia
Current driver's license
Criminal History check/Police Check
