There is an exciting opportunity available for a DES Work Advisor in Lismore to provide individualised support to Participants that will achieve sustainable outcomes in open employment through provision of Disability Employment Services.
To be successful in this role you will have the following:
- Have a desire to assist disadvantaged people overcome barriers to find sustainable employment
- Have a strong customer service focus with the ability to inspire clients from all walks of life to achieve their employment goals
- Have a positive focus and strong performance orientation including the ability to meet key performance indicators
- Experience in a DES Employment Consultant or JSA/jobactive role desirable
- Have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Have strong computer skills
