Seeking Dynamic Fundraising leader to join this very well known cause. You will play a key role in the development & management of Corporate Partnerships, as well as responsibility for Community Fundraising Coordinators.
Responsibilities will include:
- Lead, coach and mentor a fundraising team for high performance
- Secure and manage new Corporate partnerships
- Develop and manage the Corporate Partnerships Strategy
- Seek new corporate partner prospective opportunities for the organisation
- Develop and manage existing corporate partner relationships
- Develop and manage the Community Fundraising Strategy
- Seek new Community Fundraising opportunities
- Manage existing Community Fundraisers and support the National campaigns and events
- Ensure Fundraising Program is well maintained, innovative and relevance
- Manage Fundraising Program relationships and contracts ensuring best sustainable return
- Build relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure overall Growth goals are met
The successful applicant will be able to meet the following criteria:
- Proven track record working in a similar level role
- Appropriate tertiary qualifications
- Superior leadership and mentoring skills
- Excellent planning and budget management capability
- Superior communication, influencing and presentation skills
- Proactive, confident, sound business development skills
