THE OPPORTUNITY
Due to ongoing planned growth and success in the NSW market, we are now looking to recruit an experienced Employment Consultant to join our growing multidisciplinary Canberra team.
You will play an important role in finding suitable alternative employment options for our clients, as well you will be integral in motivating and empowering our clients to source their own employment opportunities independently.
Ideally, you will have experience in coaching and educating an adult population to source suitable work options.
You will be responsible for ensuring sustainable Return To Work outcomes, superior client service standards, maintaining strong customer relationships and identifying new employment contacts for future needs.
Essential Criteria:
- A current drivers licence and unrestricted Australian work rights
- Strong time management and organisational skills with a commitment to deadline attainment
- Managing multiple clients and tasks efficiently
- Proven experience in achieving durable and sustainable return to work outcomes
- Passionate and committed to returning injured workers back to work without compromising on quality standards and best practice
Desirable Criteria:
- Current or previous experience working as an Employment Consultant or Recruiter within the DES and or JSA sectors. Experience working within Occupational Injury Management and Vocational Rehabilitation will be highly regarded
- Energised and highly outcome driven individual
- Graduate Diploma and or Tertiary Qualifications preferable
