A national community based organisation focused on education are looking for a Client Liaison Officer to join their project team. The project is a Federal Funded project with a 4 year term.

Based in Ballarat or Bendigo (flexible), the Client Liaison Officer will report to the Victorian Team Lead and the Program Manager (based in Queensland).

Responsibilities include:

• Working with clients (families and agencies) to form a management plan and conduct assessments
• Inquiry handling
• Providing support to the families and agencies to resolve any outstanding issues/matters
• Performance reporting

Skills & Requirements:

• A strong passion or interest working with families or communities
• Strong communication (written and verbal) skills
• The ability to work autonomously
• Conflict resolution and trouble-shooting skills
• Excellent organisation and time management skills.
• Proven skills in the use of Microsoft Office products including outlook, word and excel.
