ABOUT THE ROLE
Due to internal restructuring, we have an excellent full time opportunity for an energetic professional to take charge of this rewarding Supporter Development Representative position.
This role will suit a motivated person wanting work life balance.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Provide administrative, operational and organisational support to the Supporter Development team;
- Assist and support the Supporter Development team in co-ordinating donor events;
- Process donations and receipts, send welcome packs, end of year statements and other correspondence and communications to donors and regular givers;
- Process and manage Donor data systems;
Respond to supporter enquires, requests and donations and provide outstanding customer service;
Reception - Manage incoming emails, calls and face-to-face interactions with the upmost professionalism.
ABOUT YOU
- Excellent attention to detail;
- Highly developed communications skills, both oral and written;
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship skills;
- Able to manage several jobs at once and determine priorities;
- Able to work unsupervised.
WHAT YOU NEED
- A minimum of 3 years in a customer or donor services role;
- A minimum of 2 years Reception experience;
- Proficient in Windows-based applications, including Word, Excel and Outlook;
- Exceptional data entry and experience using a variety of systems concurrently;
- Experience with donor / fundraising database systems a plus;
- Applicants who have worked with children would be an advantage.
