- Full time role 37.5 hours per week, based in Brisbane
- Base salary starting from $60k (depending on experience) + super + leave loading

Camp Quality believes every Australian child impacted by cancer should have every opportunity to thrive. We do this by providing innovative programs and services to develop life skills and strengthen the wellbeing of children aged 0 – 13 growing up with cancer, and their families. We support families no matter where they live in Australia, throughout each stage of their cancer journey.
We are seeking an experienced Fundraiser who can hit the ground running in this fast paced and varied role.
About the Role
The Senior Fundraising Coordinator will be responsible for the planning, coordination and implementation of fundraising activities to develop existing donors, attract new donors and increase contributions to support Camp Quality’s programs in Queensland. You will be required to manage internal and external relationships to drive a strategy that supports year on year sustainable growth of fundraising in the Region, with a focus on community and local corporate fundraising initiatives.

About You
To be successful in this position, it is preferable that you have:
- Tertiary qualifications in Fundraising;
- 5+ years’ experience in not for profit fundraising with a focus on Community Fundraising;
- Demonstrated knowledge of fundraising standards, practices and guiding principles;
- Excellent oral and written communications skills;
- Demonstrated track record of achieving fundraising targets;
- Superb interpersonal skills and a proven ability to engage in building relationships with supporters;
- Public speaking and presentation skills.
