Foley House is a 45 bed, supported residential program located at 78 Ryan St, Footscray. Foley House provides accommodation and support to middle aged and older men from marginalized backgrounds who have a range of disabilities and chronic health needs but who are not ready to enter an aged care residential facility.
Role
We are seeking a social welfare professional with experience in Residential work, Disability work or Aged Care. Reporting to the Casework Manager, the Case Manager will be responsible for the case management of Foley House residents, maintaining a safe and secure building and fostering appropriate social interaction with residents.
Hours of work
- Monday to Friday – 38 hours per week within a span of work hours from 6am to 8pm – to be negotiated
- Access to a monthly RDO
Remuneration
- The position will be remunerated at the SCHCADS Award, Social Stream level 5, pay point depending on experience
- Salary packaging benefits
Qualifications
A tertiary qualification in social work or a related discipline is considered desirable.
