About the business and the role
- Ongoing need for personal care and community access shifts - various shifts in MACEDON RANGES
- Seeking candidates with flexibility to work mornings, evenings and shorter shifts
- Experience working with people with ABI and autism in the community and/or people with complex behaviours and needs an advantage

Job tasks and responsibilities
Our clients require personal care, community access, household duties and other general lifestyle supports.
Skills and experience
We are looking for:
- Good judgement and common sense, listening skills, a willingness to learn and a commitment to our values (see www.inlife.org.au)
- Experience in disability support that includes working with people with spinal injuries, using hoists and lifting equipment as well as providing personal care, showering, and bladder and bowel care
- Experience working with people with ABI and autism including support with rehab and therapy programs
- Experience assisting people to access community and work activities
