Key responsibilities of this position:
- To work in accordance with the requirements of the Education and Care Services National Regulation, National Law and the National Quality Standards for Early Education and Care
- Develop reciprocal and respectful relationships with the children
- Develop strong partnerships with families and the community
- Implement the policies and procedures of the service at all times
- Work in a team toward continuous improvement in all areas of the service's operation.
- Uphold your Duty of Care at all times.
The Applicant must:
- Hold a Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood) or equivalent ACECQA approved qualification
- Hold a Current Working with Children Check/Blue Card
- Hold a First Aid/CPR/Asthma/Anaphylaxis certificates
- Be passionate about Early Years learning and development
