George Brown College is looking for motivated, creative and experienced Marketing personnel to engage and recruit new agents and students for the College

Successful candidates will be required to:

• Facilitiate the College into partnering with new agents to recruit international students
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing agents
• Understand and provide accurate information about the College's courses, timetable and policies
• Drive and motivate the marketing department
• Records management and updating of College database
• Reach monthly sales targets
• Create, review and update marketing and promotional materials
• Maintain and update social media and College website
• Engage in market research to source new/emerging markets

Requirements:

• Good knowledge of the Education and Training industry
• Experience in marketing and sales within the CRICOS industry
• Excellent communication (written and verbal), organisational and time management skills
• Advanced computer skills – Work, Excel, Outlook and Powerpoint (minimum)
• Socialable, motiviated and enthusiastic personality
• Good Social Media knowledge

Desired criteria:

• Previous experience in working in the educational sector
• Bilingual (Spanish would be an advantage) 
• Formal qualifications relevant to marketing and sales
