Training Manager

Leading the pack when it comes to Forex and CFD trading in Australia. Forexct was established in 2006 and has been enabling traders of all levels to trade with confidence and support via our secure online platform.
Due to our recent growth we are now looking for a seasoned Learning and Development Manager to join our team.
As the L&D, you will be responsible for the training and development function of the Trading Service Division and our Acquisition Team. This vital role will play a pivotal part in the ongoing growth and development of ForexCT.
Key duties of the role:
- Responsible for training and on boarding of new employees with in the Acquisition and Trading Service Division
- Provide ongoing sales training to the team
- Design and deliver sales based training programs
- Remain current on product trends both within the organisation and among competitors
- Remaining up to date with global and economic fundamental events
- Objectively assess and document new-hire performance and delivers performance-based feedback
- Provide direct support and motivation through the development and implementation of individual coaching plans.
- Conduct ongoing needs based training through call monitoring
- Analysing performance based results and consulting with management.
What are we looking for:
- Have experience as a training facilitator in an outbound call centre
- FX management/training background would be ideal but not a prerequisite
- Previous experience in providing needs based coaching and mentoring
- A high degree of self-motivation, drive and initiative
- Strong PC skills – ability to use Microsoft Powerpoint, Word and Excel skills in content development.
- Exceptional presentation skills.
- Ability to present with credibility and authority.
- Although not a prerequisite the ideal candidate would have a certificate 4 in training and environment (TAE)
