Pipeline Training Australia is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) with a strong focus in the construction, engineering and water industry. A fulltime role has recently become available for an experienced Training Coordinator to join our growing QLD team.
This is a diverse role, with a wide range of administrative and customer facing responsibilities. Knowledge of the VET sector and/or training environment is desirable. We are looking for a team player who loves to juggle several tasks with the ability to prioritise and work towards deadlines.
Role responsibilities:
- Phone, email and face-face communication with students, clients and trainers
- Accurate data entry of student enrolments, course activity and completions into our student management system
- Issuing Certificates in accordance with AQTF guidelines
- Liaise with Government Departments
- Invoice clients and administer payments
- Preparation of all learning materials and coordinating training with trainer and students
- Other administration and adhoc duties as required (stationery orders, printer consumables, office supplies, postage, banking, travel & accommodation bookings etc.)
To be successful you will have:
- An understanding of VET education and compliance requirements (desirable)
- The ability to organise and prioritise work and proven ability to work towards deadlines
- Business Administration qualifications (minimum Cert III) and/or equivalent experience
- Good eye for detail and excellent typing, data entry and proofreading skills
- High level computer literacy in MS Office suite and Outlook
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Be a team player
- A current driver licence
