Expect A Star specialises in recruiting childcare educators and we have been in operation for over 14 years! This means we have great relationships with many high quality childcare centres all over Sydney and they call us first when needing to book casual staff member.
We are currently seeking committed and reliable childcare educators to work at various childcare centres across the North Shore and Northern Beaches.
Areas we have work in:
- Seaforth
- Mona Vale
- Dee Why
- Mosman
- Cremorne
Your responsibility is to work in a variety of childcare centres as a support educator; quickly building report with staff members through excellent communication and proactively engaging with and supervising children of various ages.
Consultants at Expect A Star have a childcare background themselves and understand what it is like to work as a casual staff member. We are here to offer you free training sessions, support and a work community!
We are looking for:
- Cert III / Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or studying towards)
- Have a NSW Working with Children's check for paid employment
- Have a willingness to travel 30 - 45 minutes to different suburbs (most locations are accessible on public transport if needed)
- Have minimum 2 days availability and can be available on short notice
- Have passion, enthusiasm, flexibility and a 'can do attitude'
