Avenues Early Learning Centre is a privately owned and operated company with 15 centres across Brisbane.

We are currently seeking  dedicated and motivated Early Childhood professionals to join our team at Norman Park.

The successful applicants must have full working rights in Australia. We are not able to accept applications from candidates who have working restrictions on their visa.

About the Positions

Relief Assistant Educator

• Working as a float in all rooms
• Normal hours 7.30am-1.30pm Monday -Friday
• Must be available in Monday-Friday

Support Assistant

• Working with a child in the 3yrs+ room
• Normal Hours 8.00am- 2.00pm Monday-Friday
• Must be available Monday-Friday

Both positions require:

• Full availability Monday- Friday
• Certificate III of Children's Services
• Minimum 1 year experience in an Assistant Educator role 
• A current and valid Working with Children's Check (Blue Card)
• A current Senior First Aid, CPR & Asthma and Anaphylaxis training
• A good understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
• Full Australian working rights
