PM-Partners are currently looking for multiple Instructional Designers / Trainers  to deliver SAP specific training to a NSW Government department. 

Under direction from the HR/Payroll Training Manager, the HR/Payroll Instructional Designer/Trainer will:

• Deliver training in SAP modules including ESS/MSS, SDS, WBSIO
• Update end user training materials in multiple formats including eLearning modules using Adobe Captivate to support HR and payroll functions and BI/BW reporting
• Liaise with functional team members and internal stakeholders to identify training content and scenarios
• Gather input from multiple sources including
• Change Impact Assessments, existing training documentation, and future state mapping process flows to support training updates
• Deliver training to end user audiences using a variety of methods including face to face sessions and webinar- style distance learning

Other duties as required Essential Skills Include:

• Instructional design experience updating training materials using eLearning authoring tools such as Captivate 6 or above, Articulate or similar
• Experience in two or more of the following modules: SAP HR/Payroll, FI/CO, WBSIO, BI/BW, SDS, ESS, MSS
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to work independently, show initiative and work as part of a team
• Highly developed organisational skills with an ability to set priorities and to meet deadlines
• Excellent presentation skills to stakeholders at all levels
• Flexible and adaptable to meet tight timelines and tight deadlines
• Superior attention to detail to prepare high quality training materials       

Required Experience (minimum):

• 3+ years of experience in the delivery of SAP training Experience with eLearning training materials using eLearning software and authoring tools  

Desirable:

• Public sector experience ideal 
• Project Management skills, including planning and reporting Training coordination, scheduling and planning skills highly regarded
