About the business and the role

Investorist is a business to business off the plan sales platform, promoting and distributing off the plan properties to Australia and the globe through real estate agents, financial planners, accountants and advisors.

You will be joining a dynamic and proven young Australian-based company with a global footprint, now experiencing a strong growth phase.

Job tasks and responsibilities

  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience
    • Liaise with Investorist clients and plan out a go to market strategy.
    • Deliver a high-quality training experience either onsite or remote.
    • Efficient and effective turnaround of support enquiries
    • Proactively engage with clients on and off platform.
    • Find new opportunities to deliver value.
    • Create revenue opportunities for the sales team in the form of resales, upselling and cross selling.
    • Track and report on performance and action any feedback.
  • Effectively manage client projects by;
    • Acting as a point of contact for client enquiries.
    • Liaising with clients to obtain project documentation while managing the project rollout process.
    • Regularly review live project listings and portals to ensure quality.
    • Driving behaviours to deliver success for the client and Investorist.
  • Troubleshoot client queries by working with internal teams to effectively resolve client issues.
  • Provide support over internal systems and assist in driving efficiency and automation.
  • Provide high quality assistance and support to Investorist clients by answering phones, emails, web enquiries and Live Chat.

Skills and experience

  • Positive attitude with a passion for delivering a great client experience
  • Attention to detail with the ability to coordinate many projects
  • A background in Customer Service
  • Diplomatic and effective "people" skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • An ability to manage own workload
  • Ability to work as part of a close team environment
  • Adapt to a changing work environment, taking on new challenges whenever necessary
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Experience in property or real estate investment and previous experience in SaaS offerings would be ideal
  • Experience with Salesforce and Intercom is advantageous
