The role of Assistant Director is to provide high quality education, development and care to the children in our campuses whilst providing an exceptional customer and partnership experience with our families. This makes up our core Oac offering to families called "The Oac Way".

The Assistant Director takes responsibility for partnering with the Campus Director to deliver operational service and quality to our children, team members and families. The Assistant Director will lead teams in the rooms and help with day to day operations ensuring that the Campus Quality Framework and WH&S requirements are met.  
  
Oac West Pymble campus has a warm and inviting environment with beautiful and spacious outdoor play areas. Oac St Ives has a strong sense of community with close knit bonds between Educators and families.  

Only About Children (Oac) is one of Australia's leading early education and preschool providers for children 0-5 years with a focus on integrated and holistic early childhood education, child development and health and wellbeing. We have over 40 Early Education and Preschool campuses with many more in development throughout Sydney and Melbourne. 

We make a positive impact on the lives of children - from our unique educational curriculum, music, language, and physical activity program through to our health screenings, we continue to lead the sector.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years' experience in a Leadership role
  • Bachelor of Teaching/ Education (Early Childhood)
  • Current First Aid Certificate and Current Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualification
  • Child Protection qualification - Respond and Identify Children at Risk of Harm   
  • If ECT you must have your NESA teachers accreditation.
